You can register by entering Name, Mobile Number and Email ID under “Signup/Register '' option and create your account. Do I have to register every time whenever I have to apply for a new request? No, only one time registration is required. You can add new enquiries as and when you have to enquire before start of digging. How can I change my password for login? You can change your password by selecting the “Forget Password” option. You will receive an OTP for login and changing the password. How can I recover my password, in case I lost it? Password can not be recovered. It needs to be changed in case it is lost, you can generate new password by following steps mentioned in (How can I change my password for login?) Can I use my mobile number as a login? Yes, mobile will be the username for login. How can I create a new request for digging? First, digging agency has to sign up/register and then new request has to be created under the “New request” option What types of requests can be raised by a digging agency? Digging agencies can create two types of requests: Emergency and Normal. What do I need to do if my request is not acknowledged by the asset owner? Digging agencies can contact the asset owner using the contact number or “Call to Call” option. Where can I see the status of my request? It can be seen under the “Enquiry Status” option. Can CBuD help me during digging activity? CBuD helps only in sharing contact details of asset owners.
