Fees and Charges for Services

1 Industries Services | Unified License (UL)

For applying the UL license, fee payable is under below heads:

  1. Entry fee: One time non refundable entry fee of a maximum of 15 Crores
  2. License fee: Annual License fee as 8% of AGR( Adjusted Gross Revenues) as per licensed service areas per each authorized service from start of authorization
2 Industries Services | Unified License (UL) | GMPCS Service

1. Processing Fee (Non-Refundable): 

  • ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand), 

  • Payable online  at the time of submitting the application.

2. One-Time Entry Fee (Non-Refundable/ Non-Adjustable): 

  • ₹1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore), 

  • Payable online before signing the license agreement

3. Annual License Fee: 

  • The License fee shall be 8% of the AGR, inclusive of USO Levy which is presently 5% of AGR To be paid in four quarterly instalments

4. Spectrum Charges (WPC Fees):

  • Spectrum related charges, including payment for allotment and use of spectrum, shall be as specified by the Department. 

5. Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG):   

  • ₹50,00,000 (Rupees Fifty lakh),

  • To be submitted prior to license signing

  • Shall be valid for a period of one year and to be renewed from time to time.

6. Financial Bank Guarantee (FBG):

  • ₹20,00,000 (Rupees Twenty lakh)

  • To be submitted prior to license signing

  • Shall be valid for a period of one year and to be renewed from time to time.

3 Industries Services | Unified License (UL) | Numbering Resource Management System (NRMS)

No Fee is charged.
4 Industries Services | WPC | DPL/NDPL

Currently the Dealer Possession license is issued after payment of nominal fees of Rs. 60.
5 Industries Services | WPC | Experimental and Technology Trial License

Rs. 5,000 per license per spectrum band (one-time); renewable case-by-case.
6 Industries Services | WPC | Import License

Fee for grant of Import license is Rs. 500 per import license.

8 Industries Services | WPC | Non-Network License- Aero Mobile Station License

Rs. 5000 per station
9 Industries Services | WPC | Demonstration License

Rs. 5,000 per license (per band), no extension (reapply after 3 months)
10 Industries Services | WPC | Amateur Station Operator Certificate (ASOC)

ASOC (General) and (Restricted):

 (i) One thousand rupees for validity period of twenty years; 

(ii) Two thousand rupees for lifetime validity.

12 Industries Services | WPC | Commercial Radio Operator Certificate of Proficiency to Operate Global Maritime Distress and Safety System

GMDSS Certificate under any of the following categories shall be issued subject to payment of fees as specified below,-

 

Category of Certificate

Fee

(i)          GMDSS General Operator Certificate

Ten thousand rupeesfor validity periodof twenty years; and

Fifteen thousand rupees for lifetime validity.

(ii)         GMDSS Restricted Operator Certificate

Five thousand rupeesfor lifetime validity.

Explanation.- For the purposes of expression “lifetime” means till the GMDSS Certificate holder attains the age of eighty years.
13 Industries Services | SACFA
  1. Small Cell Installations on Street Furniture: INR 100/- per small cell.
  2. Additional Antenna Installations: INR 100/- per additional antenna.
  3. General SACFA Applications: INR 1,000 /- per application.

 

Note: This are the standard processing fee for SACFA clearance applications.

15 Industries Services | Spectrum Regulatory Sandbox
16 Industries Services | PM Wani | Public Data Office Aggregator (PDOA)

PDOA will be registered by DoT without payment of any registration fee.
17 Industries Services | Unified License (UL) | Authorization of AUDIO CONFERENCING/ AUDIOTEX/ VOICE MAIL SERVICES

Fee and charges are revised from time to time. Details  as last revised on 18.04.2023 as follows:-

Entry Fee: 10 Lakh

Application Processing Fee: 10 Thousand

PBG;- 2 Lakh

FBG:- 20 Thousand
