This application is for the grant of a frequency assignment to users operating Wireless Networks (High Frequency, Very High Frequency and Ultra High Frequency) operating below 806 MHz. The Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing (WPC Wing) is a branch of the Department of Telecommunications, responsible for issuing frequency assignment and allotting and maintaining frequency spectrum.

A Network License is issued to companies that need to establish and maintain communication networks, typically for closed organizational use, like in transportation, utilities, and security sectors. This license allows the organization to use specified frequencies for internal communication within a defined geographic area. Network licenses ensure that radio spectrum usage is controlled and interference-free, supporting essential industries with secure, dedicated communication channels. Further applications for frequency assignment in Maritime Band and Aero-mobile band can be filled through this module.
