IPLC (International Private Leased Circuit) Service
The IPLC service provides dedicated, secure international connectivity for businesses requiring private, point-to-point communication links.
Details of Service
An IPLC license enables companies to create international private circuits, allowing for secure, high-speed communication links to foreign offices, data centers, or partner networks. Commonly used by MNCs, financial institutions, and media companies, IPLCs support data-heavy applications, like video conferencing, data transfer, and real-time collaboration. The dedicated nature of these circuits ensures data security and reliable service, with providers adhering to international and national telecom regulations.
Who Can Apply
Applicant must be a company registered under Indian Companies At, 2013.
Applicant has to apply for Unified Services license & applicant can apply for one or more than one services covered under Unified License. IPLC license is one of the services listed in the Unified License(UL).

Fees and Charges
For applying the UL license, fee payable is under below heads:
Entry fee: One time non refundable entry fee of a maximum of 15 Crores
License fee: Annual License fee as 8% of AGR( Adjusted Gross Revenues) as per licensed service areas per each authorized service from start of authorization
